    Project Description
This is a feasibility study to determine the preferred alternative to address the publicly-maintained culvert under Livingston Bay Shore Drive. The culvert is in need of repair and currently carries water under the road into a private conveyance currently underground and on the Homeowner's Association's property. Outreach has been made to the HOA to inform them of the need and preliminary ideas. The HOA have suggestions and concerns of their own. This phase of this project will involve the HOA, contact with other stakeholders and determination of the best way forward to restore habitat and protect private property.
